SMITHFIELD RECEIVES HIGHEST RATING

Smithfield has been named one of only three schools in the Birdville District to receive an exemplary rating by the Texas Education Agency. This is the highest rating a school can receive. I am so proud of all our hard working students and the wonderful parents who place learning as a high priorty in their lives.

CLINIC OPEN DURING THE SUMMER
JPS/Birdville ISD’s School Based Clinic is located on the south side of the Academy at C.F. Thomas. The clinic treats students in BISD and their sibling’s ages newborn to 18-years-old for a $5 office charge. The clinic is open all summer and is a great place to get immunizations, athletic physicals, etc. Services include: well child visits, sports physicals, acute care, chronic illnesses (asthma, diabetes), immunizations, and much more. The clinic does not have X-ray capabilities or dental services. They see uninsured students or Medicaid that do not have a specified primary care physician. For appointments, call 817.547.3046
